RATES for FAMILIES AND NEWBORNS
Custom Session Fee: $195 (up to 5 people) $ 25 per additional person
Newborn Session Fee: $250
Weddings: Please inquire regarding availablity (limited wedding bookings)
Custom photo sessions include photographer's time and talent to create your unique images only.
All prints, canvases, digital files and product may be purchased separately. Every custom photo session with Lesley includes a personalized conversation via phone or email regarding wardrobe and location choices to ensure beautiful imagery to be cherished for generations. Session fees are due at the time of booking. Your photo session may last anywhere from 45min to 2 hours (sometimes longer with newborns).
Images are generally available 1 to 2 business weeks after your session. Lesley Bryce Photography will post a sneak peek of your session via Facebook prior to your in home-viewing so you may tag and share with family. Lesley will visit you in the comfort and convenience of your own home to present your images to you with an iPad slide show.
Out-of-town clients may order by using a private/password protected online gallery which will be available and live for 7days. During your viewing you will be able to make selections from 30-40 images.
TRAVEL FEES: Travel fees are not charged within the Ventura/101 FWY corridor. Areas would include: Calabasas, Agoura Hills, Westlake Village,Thousand Oaks, Simi Valley, Camarillo, Oxnard, and Ventura. If you would like a session outside of these areas, a travel fee will apply.Greater Ventura, Santa Barbara, and Los Angeles Counties $35 Outside these areas will be determined by milage.
Lesley Bryce Photography will schedule an in home viewing session once your photo proofs are edited and available, usually about 2 weeks. Your session will be viewed as a slide show with the convenience of an iPad. All orders must be placed during your viewing period, so it is most important to have all decision makers present. An online gallery will be posted for 7 days to allow other family members to place any additional orders.
LB Photography understands ordering appointments can become overwhelming and a challenge when trying to narrow down 30-40 beautifully unique images of you and your family. While it is not our intention to pressure clients into making order decisions, we do offer a 10% total purchase discount incentive if we can help you make your decisions and place an order during your ordering appointment. If you do need more time, we archive your digital negatives for 60 days before purging all files from our system.
GENERAL PRICING Lesley Bryce Photography offers prints, canvases, digital negatives, and portrait collections. LB Photography offers 8x10 gift prints starting at $75, digital negatives beginning at $125. The average Lesley Bryce Photography client invests $800-$1500 in their custom photography. SHIPPING & HANDLING All orders will be charged a standard shipping and handling fee of $10, oversized packages will be determined. For faster reciept of your order, Hand or Courrier deliveries within Ventura County will be charged a $15 fee.HEADSHOT SESSIONS: $595Lesley Bryce offers professional headshots as a complete package, including a 1-2 hour photo session at the location of your choice, 20-25 retouched images with photo release to use images as needed and up to 3 outfit changes.
YOUNG ACTORS PACKAGE (UNDER 13YRS OLD): $395 Lesley Bryce offers professional headshots for the young actor as a complete package, including 1-2 hour photo session at the location of your choice, 10-15 retouched images with photo release to use images as needed and up to 4 outfit changes.*All headshot images will be delivered electronically via the internet.
FAQ How do I book my session? The best way to book your session is to call Lesley Bryce Photography at 805.443.2188 or email lesley@lesleybryce.com to set up your consultation. Consultations will take place over the phone. Where will my session take place?Sessions should take place in a locale fitting the style and personality of the client. This could be the park, the beach, or an urban scape...Important to keep in mind is the style of your home for when you hang your Art Work.
LB Photography is open to new locations, please feel free to share your ideas.What to wear? First, be sure to wear what fits your personal style and attitude. Classic and stylish clothing that coordinates with all family members works best. Things to avoid are large logos and patterns as that will distract from the subject. Layers and bold accessories are a great way to spice up your portrait session. You may even bring props to incorporate which will enhance your session. I will provide you with a general clothing guide when you book your session.When can I see my pictures?
Proofs will be ready to view within 2 business weeks from your session date. Once your images are finished and edited we will contact you to schedule your ordering/viewing appointment. Once again, all orders must be placed during the viewing period; and it's important all decision makers are present. Once my order is placed, when can I expect to receive my prints?
Please allow 2-3 business weeks for your prints to arrive. Your order will then be packaged and mailed or ready for delivery asap. Please allow 4-6 business weeks for delivery for customized orders (e.g. albums, cards).How long to you keep digital files for reprinting? Your session images will be archived for sixty (60) days after your viewing/order session. We encourge you to place all orders within this time frame to ensure you a chance to order all the pictures you desire.
